Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Banking/Investment IT domains.
• Proficient with MS SQL, .NET, and React JS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software development and production support for transitions.
• Ensure quality via Bank-defined delivery methodology and tools.
• Collaborate with Group domain team to plan transitioned deliverables.
• Act as the focal point for technical resolutions and incident management.
• Provide comprehensive internal customer support and timely issue resolution.
• Manage 3rd party vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes.
• Design metrics for reporting on KPIs and quality indicators.
• Assist root cause analysis with production support and code reviews.
• Prioritize book of work with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives across methods, tools, architecture, governance.
