Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking a Junior Developer to provide L3 application support for Investments & Wealth Management systems within a Core Banking environment. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, RCA, and collaboration with business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on .NET (C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core) experience, strong MS SQL skills, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET (C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server including query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience in L3 production support, incident management and RCA.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Windows/Open Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Investments & Wealth Management applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance application components using .NET.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Support deployments, releases, and environment management.
• Collaborate with business users and project stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
• Monitor performance and ensure system stability and availability.
• Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline support.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
