Responsibilities

• Grow the mortgage business and cross-sell retail banking products.
• Refer potential Premier customers to Premier Relationship Banker or Managers.
• Meet and strive to exceed individual sales performance targets.
• Lead the Personal Banking proposition to identify opportunities and meet client needs.
• Grow the customer portfolio by generating mortgage business and referrals.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure continuous inward referrals.
• Maintain high standards of sales and service levels and accurate data handling.
• Ensure compliance with Sales Quality Standards and procedures.
