Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Mortgage Specialist to join our International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) team. You will grow the mortgage book, cross-sell wealth products, and partner with Premier Relationship Bankers to refer potential premier customers.

You will deliver high standards of service, ensure policy compliance, and work in a customer-centric manner to meet financial planning needs, with training provided for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Mortgage business and cross-sell wealth products and services.
• Partner with Premier Relationship Bankers and Managers to refer premier customers.
• Deliver individual performance and drive sales targets.
• Advocate the Personal Banking proposition with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain high service levels and customer engagement per bank standards.
• Ensure compliance with product and sales policies and regulatory guidelines.
