Roche seeks a technically skilled professional in Malaysia to maintain and service advanced laboratory equipment. You will troubleshoot complex faults, collaborate with LIS providers, and drive digital self-fix initiatives while mentoring teammates.

You will work within a 24/7 rotating shift, leveraging robotics, electrical engineering, and fluid technology expertise to ensure diagnostics devices run reliably for patients who rely on them.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Biomedical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Medical Tech).
• At least 3 years in medical technology maintenance of complex electrical systems or lab equipment.
• Strong technical background across robotics, mechanics, electrical engineering, fluid tech and IT connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced technical troubleshooting for complex faults via remote support and CRM documentation.
• Own complex errors in returned instruments and resolve interface issues with LIS providers.
• Drive adoption of proactive support tools to improve laboratory efficiency; train users and teams.
