Job summary
Roche in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an Application Specialist to join the APAC Customer Support Center in a hybrid office role. You will provide expert remote and on-site support for diagnostic solutions, delivering scientific guidance and trusted partnerships with healthcare providers across the region.
You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Sciences or be a trained Medical Technologist, with 3+ years in medical technology, fluent in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Life Sciences or trained Medical Technologist.
- 3+ years of professional experience in medical tech.
- Fluent in English and native-level in at least one APAC language.
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer support across APAC using remote tools, phone and written communication.
- Promote digital service tools and conduct technical training for customers and staff.
- Utilize Roche-approved AI tools for troubleshooting and contribute to self-help content.
- Mentor new team members and lead regional service projects within an agile Hub.
