Job summary

Biotek Abadi Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service, and repair laboratory equipment at customer sites in Malaysia.

The role involves on-site travel, preventive maintenance, calibration, and on-site user training as required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and SOPs. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in engineering-related fields, has experience with lab equipment (advantage), and is willing to travel and work

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience with laboratory or scientific equipment is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and responsible.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and perform field-based work.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
