Job summary

MyAtlas Digital is seeking a Marketing Operations / Project Coordinator (Senior/Executive) to assist in populating all contents and campaigns on schedule. You will support guideline development and coordinate daily operations, including JIRA ticketing and routine settlements for marketing projects.

The role requires at least an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Min Adv/Grad Diploma; preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Media or PM.
• 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, market research and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of all assets & sites (daily QC onsite) including UAT.
• Coordinate campaigns using system tools and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare project plans and execute work plans; revise as needed.
• Communicate with development teams, account management and clients.
• Facilitate process improvements in operation workflow and backoffice.
