Job summary

OCR Group Berhad is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive market research, planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will manage advertising permits, coordinate with agents, and monitor sales targets while maintaining customer databases and vendor relationships.

The role requires a Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications with 1–2 years (Executive) or 3–5 years (Senior Executive) in related fields, strong communication, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze trends and campaign performances to formulate strategic sales pitches.
• Responsible for AP/DL (Advertising Permit/ Developer License) application until approval and renewal.
• Manage end-financier portfolio and monitor bankers’ performance toward higher conversions and EF lending quota renewal.
• Assist in planning, launching and driving marketing campaigns including product launches, exhibitions/expos and roadshows.
• Identify effective digital and traditional advertising techniques to promote products.
• Conduct post mortem reports and provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness.
• Manage external and internal agents to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Oversee sales gallery/show unit setup and maintain its condition.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies, press media, vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare shortlisted Property Awards submissions.
• Participate in project handover meetings initiated by Project Team and assist during the VP process.
• Prepare marketing presentations and reports as requested by superior.

Job description

Responsible for AP/DL (Advertising Permit/ Developer License) application until its approval and renewal.

Manage end-financier portfolio and monitor bankers’ performance towards achieving higher conversion rate and monitor of the EF lending quota with renewal.

Assist in planning, launch and drive marketing campaigns which include product launching, exhibition/ expo, roadshow, etc. (digital and traditional marketing)

Identify effective both digital and traditional advertising techniques and strategy to promote product.

Conduct post mortem report and regular feedback to the superior and the team on the effectiveness of the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs being conducted.

Manage and ensure external & internal agents achieve sales target set.

Responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases.

Oversee and monitor sales gallery/ show unit setup including maintaining its condition.

Work closely with advertising agencies, press media, vendors and suppliers.

Responsible for preparing shortlisted Property Awards submission.

Participating in project hand over meetings initiated by Project Team and providing assistance during the VP process.

Prepare marketing presentation and report as per requested by superior.

Requirement

At least a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience for the Executive position and 3–5 years for the Senior Executive position in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role.

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Proactive, self-motivated, mobile, and a positive team player.

Willingness to travel as needed.
