OCR Group Berhad invites applications for property sales positions in Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam. Roles involve achieving monthly and quarterly targets, engaging with buyers, and participating in roadshows and events. You will maintain the showroom, handle sales documents and reports, and support superior with market surveys.

Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred. Two sales gallery locations offer exposure to local and overseas property events, with a base salary plus allowances and

Competenze

• Possess a Diploma as minimum qualification.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in property field.
• One position available in KL Sales Gallery - participate in local and overseas property sales events, roadshows and investment seminars when required.
• One position available in Shah Alam Sales Gallery.

Mansioni

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Liaise with banker regarding purchaser end-financing.
• Liaise with lawyer regarding SPA and Loan agreement.
• Participate in organized roadshows, exhibitions and events.

• Prepare and compile all sales-related documents.

To achieve sales target assigned on monthly & quarterly basis.

To liaise with banker in regards of purchaser end-financing.

To liaise with lawyer in regards of SPA and Loan agreement.

Build & maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.

Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions.

Responsible in completing and compiling all sales related documents.

Responsible to prepare report in regards of prospects and sales.

Provide support and assistance to superior on soliciting market survey.

To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.

Qualification requirements:

Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma.

Minimum 2 years working experience in property field.

One position available in KL Sales Gallery - you will participate in local and overseas property sales events, roadshows and investment seminars when required.

One position available in Shah Alam Sales Gallery.

Personal Attributes:

Strong understanding and knowledgeable of current market and property industry information.

Able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
