WORQ is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to drive qualified lead acquisition across digital and offline channels. You will own the lead generation strategy, collaborating with internal teams on events and brand positioning to fuel sales pipeline growth.
Responsibilities include managing paid campaigns, CRM automation, landing pages, affiliate partnerships, and direct B2B outreach, plus on-ground activations and events to capture leads.
We are looking for a proactive, high-performing Senior Marketing Executive to join the Marketing & Branding team. In this role, you will be key to driving qualified lead acquisition across both digital channels (paid media, CRM automation, landing page optimization) and offline channels (corporate partnerships, direct business outreach, on-ground activations, and event lead capture).
As a senior, well-rounded marketer, you will take ownership of the overall lead generation strategy while collaborating closely with our internal teams on general marketing initiatives, flagship events, and brand positioning to directly fuel sales pipeline growth and overall business expansion.
Paid Campaigns: Plan, run, and scale targeted paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate startup, SME, and enterprise workspace leads.
CRM & Funnel Automation: Manage automated email nurturing workflows, lead scoring, and landing page pathways in CRM platforms (HubSpot) to convert leads into scheduled tours.
Ad Optimization: Manage ad budgets, execute continuous A/B testing on ad copy/creatives, and optimize bidding strategies to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Organic Growth & Leadgen Strategy: Drive inbound organic lead capture by defining SEO strategy, optimizing high-intent website/blog content, and implementing conversion-focused landing page messaging.
Affiliate & Partner Channel Expansion: Build, launch, and manage affiliate and digital referral partner programs to generate scalable, cost-effective digital leads through third-party networks and industry influencers.
Direct B2B Outreach: Design and execute offline lead-gen initiatives, including direct corporate outreach and targeted B2B referral campaigns.
Event Lead Capture: Develop and implement effective lead capture processes for on-ground company activations, flagship occupancy drives, and external networking events.
Strategic Partnerships: Engage local business networks, corporate partners, and industry groups to build direct referral pipelines.
Full-Funnel Tracking: Set up tracking infrastructure (GTM, UTMs, conversion pixels, event lead forms) to accurately attribute online and offline lead sources.
Sales Pipeline Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales/Leasing teams to monitor lead quality, track MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and refine campaigns based on sales feedback.
Reporting: Report regularly to senior management on lead pipeline value, channel ROI, CPL, and CPA.
Event & Brand Support: Support company community initiatives and networking events, actively engaging attendees to capture potential leads and represent the brand.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal digital and design team members to align ad campaigns with organic social media, collateral, and overall brand guidelines.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with strategic growth initiatives, market research, and special marketing projects as assigned by management.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and growth marketing across paid digital media and offline B2B channels (coworking, real estate, or B2B experience preferred).
