We are looking for a driven, organised marketer to plan and lead campaigns from start to finish. You will manage several campaigns at once, work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders, and use data and AI tools to improve performance and get more done.

This role suits someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically and enjoys making ideas happen. The title (Senior Executive or Assistant Manager) will depend on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns end to end, from planning and briefing through launch and post-campaign review
• Write detailed briefs and work with creative, product, compliance and other teams to deliver campaigns on time and to standard
• Manage several projects at once, keep timelines on track and follow up on progress
• Work with regional stakeholders to align priorities, localise campaigns and keep messaging consistent
• Take initiative in planning campaigns and help shape the wider marketing strategy
• Set clear KPIs before each campaign and turn post-campaign results into actionable insights
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently and improve campaign quality

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with hands-on campaign management
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented, with good analytical skills and confidence working with dataClear communicator, comfortable working with teams across functions and regions
