Trapo Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own end-to-end marketing execution for an assigned brand within an agency-model structure. The role combines digital and offline efforts, coordinating with Brand/Project Manager and Creative Executive to bring plans to life with minimal handoff loss.
You will translate commercial goals into a comprehensive marketing plan, manage content calendars, campaigns, and activations, and drive CRM and lifecycle marketing across channels.
The Senior Marketing Executive owns end-to-end marketing execution for an assigned brand within the agency-model structure. This is a 360° role: the same person plans and runs online (digital, social, performance, CRM) and offline (activations, retail/hub support, partnerships) marketing, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Brand/Project Manager and Creative Executive to bring the brand's plans to life with minimal handoff loss.
Translate the brand's commercial and positioning goals into a working marketing plan and calendar covering both online and offline channels.
Plan and prioritise campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity in line with brand milestones, seasonal peaks, and budget.
Co-own the content marketing calendar with the Creative Executive — from ideation and messaging angle through to format, captions, and posting schedule.
Bring channel/audience insight into content planning; jointly review content performance and iterate on future content direction with the Creative Executive.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid social and search campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) against defined ROAS/CAC targets.
Own the brand's organic social presence and content calendar, briefing the Creative Executive on required assets.
Manage CRM/lifecycle marketing — email, SMS, WhatsApp — including segmentation, journeys, and retention campaigns.
Monitor website/e-commerce performance where relevant and coordinate on-site promotions with the wider commercial calendar.
Plan and execute offline activities: in-hub promotions, roadshows, pop-ups, event sponsorships, and retail partner activations.
Track and report on campaign and channel performance across online and offline touchpoints; recommend optimisations.
3-5 years in a marketing generalist, brand marketing, or performance marketing role, ideally with both digital and offline/activation exposure.
Hands-on experience running paid social/search campaigns and working with CRM or lifecycle marketing tools.
Comfortable reading campaign data and translating it into next-step decisions, not just reporting numbers.
Experience coordinating event, retail, or on-ground activations is a strong plus.
Able to brief and work closely with a creative/design counterpart without a formal creative background.
Organised and comfortable owning a brand's marketing calendar with minimal supervision.
