ALBS in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager to lead CIMP and PMO initiatives across the APAC region. You will drive process transformation, improve finance workflows, and manage cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver value.

Responsibilities include guiding DMAIC projects, overseeing ERP implementations, and mentoring teams while ensuring compliance and robust controls within the Global Business Services framework.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive project management experience.
• Proven track record in process transformation and ERP implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; influence decision makers.

• Lead/process transformation projects and deliver timely results across APAC.
• Quantify improvement opportunities in Finance processes and manage risks.
