Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive project management experience.
• Proven track record in process transformation and ERP implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead/process transformation projects and deliver timely results across APAC.
• Quantify improvement opportunities in Finance processes and manage risks.
• Mentor team members in DMAIC and 7 Step methodologies; drive change management.
