Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Project Manager for its Kuala Lumpur APAC Finance Shared Services organization. You will lead finance process transformation initiatives, manage project plans, risk registers, and governance, and report on progress and benefits realization.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive continuous improvement within a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with process transformation, migration, AI or automation implementations and process standardization initiatives.
• 8+ years in finance share service processes (R2R, O2C, P2P).
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence decision-makers and motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to train and coach others.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Track overall project monitoring and support reporting of risk and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk register, governance, and status reports.
• Capture lessons learned from completed projects and integrate them into future projects.
• Identify and quantify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders with Sponsors, functional managers, and senior leadership.
• Organize, plan, review, and communicate status of every project in the portfolio.
• Network with internal/external resources to bring best practices to projects/organization.
