Job summary

Dentsu (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites applications for Finance Process, Systems & Change Manager (Contract). This 12-month fixed-term role drives APAC finance transformation, process standardisation, systems enablement and change adoption across the region.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Technology and Shared Services to standardise processes, implement OneERP/D365-like platforms, and embed automation and AI-enabled improvements into BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Translate and implement Finance transformation strategies into sustainable process and system changes.
• Lead standardisation across APAC Finance processes and operating models.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign and standardisation of Finance processes across APAC.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness and user adoption of finance platforms.
• Drive governance, controls and compliance across the region.
• Champion automation and digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Deliver change management plans and stakeholder communications.
