Job summary

Air Liquide's ALBS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across the APAC region, guiding migration, automation and standardization efforts.

You will track project performance, develop governance and documentation, and collaborate with sponsors, functional managers and leaders to deliver measurable business value.

Fluency in English and strong communication are essential; PM certification and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.

• Experience with project management in finance processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track project monitoring and report risks and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk register and status reports.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process-improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication among sponsors, functional managers, stakeholders and leadership.
• Organize, plan, review and communicate status of every project in the portfolio.
