Job summary

Air Liquide Business Services Sdn Bhd (ALBS) in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Transformation Project-Change Manager to orchestrate end-to-end change management across APAC deployment waves. You will work with the ALign Project team, Capgemini, and regional finance reps to craft governance, training, communications and adoption plans.

You will lead strategy, organization, and post-go-live activities, ensuring accurate stakeholder engagement, risk management and continuous improvement across multi-country

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Digital & IT or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience leading Change Management or Transformation PMO activities in large-scale regional enterprise transformations.
• ERP transformations: Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA within Finance, Accounting and Shared Services domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ALign APAC Change Management Plan: Execute and refine the regional change strategy for different stakeholder groups across clusters.
• Governance & Reporting: Track and report Change Management action status to Project management and key stakeholders.
• Population Impact Mapping and Business Impact Analysis with cluster BPOs and finance teams.
• Measuring efficiency: Assess resource needs and measure efficiency gains from ALign deployment.
• Communication Management: Publish communications across portals, newsletters, internal meetings, videos and posters.
• Training Plan: Coordinate with SI to develop training planning for BPO, Key User and End User; prepare materials.
• DAC coordination: Schedule DAC, manage agenda and facilitate discussions to communicate decisions.
• Sustainability & User Adoption: Define post-go-live support models and drive continuous improvement.
