Responsibilities

• Manage AP scope of services and ensure process quality.
• Lead technology change and process standardization.
• Monitor compliance and process performance.
• Monitor compliance and process performance with risk and audit teams.
• Drive global process standardization and automation across the region.
• Lead AP local teams to plan and implement processes, deploy technology, operating principles, and organization design.
• Report performance and escalate issues to local leads.
• Identify and gain approval for enhancements and process improvements.
• Act as region contact for AP service levels and activities.

About the job AP Manager (China Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the set-up and on-going management of AP scope of services, ensure all processes are in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
• Accountable for proper execution of group financial policies and delivers innovation and continuous improvements that enhance the services/optimize cost for AP activities.
• Lead change of technology, automation, and standardization.
• Monitor compliance and process performance, working with risk, compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit
• Drive global process standardization, harmonization, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement across the region.
• Lead AP local teams to plan and implement AP processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the region.
• Report performance and elevate local/ global issues to local lead.
• Identify and gain approval for enhancements and process improvements.
• Act as point of contact for the region regarding AP service level and activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in the Mandarin language (Spoken & Written).
• At least 7 years of working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry.
