Job summary

Air Liquide's ALBS unit in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Transformation Project- Change Manager to lead end-to-end Change Management across APAC deployment waves. You will coordinate with project teams, Capgemini, BPOs, and finance stakeholders to shape governance and adoption strategies.

You will drive training, communications, and governance through the DAC, ensuring governance on business processes and system solution changes while fostering sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Digital & IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading Change Management or Transformation PMO in large-scale regional transformations.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience in MS Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS or SAP S/4HANA within GBS domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Change Management Framework across APAC/AMEI deployment waves.
• Collaborate with ALign Project team, Capgemini, BPOs, and Finance representatives.
• Organize training, prepare communications, and ensure user adoption.
