Senior Executive, Project Planning & Development

We are seeking an Senior Executive, Project Planning & Development to support the planning and development of property projects—from feasibility and development planning through statutory approvals and project implementation. This role offers hands‑on exposure to development processes and close collaboration with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Development Planning & Feasibility
- Assist in development planning, feasibility assessments, and preliminary project studies
- Support the review of development concepts, land information, development parameters, and project proposals
- Prepare development‑related information and supporting documents for Management review
Authority & Statutory Approvals
- Coordinate and follow up with consultants and relevant authorities on planning submissions and statutory approvals
- Support submissions relating to Development Order (DO), Building Plan (BP) and other required approvals
- Maintain and update approval trackers and follow up on outstanding matters to minimise delays
- Coordinate with architects, town planners, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other appointed consultants
- Monitor consultant deliverables, drawings, submissions, reports, and project requirements
- Attend consultant meetings and follow up on agreed action items
Project Planning & Monitoring
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, development milestones, and key deliverables
- Track project progress and highlight potential delays, risks, and outstanding matters
- Support Management in monitoring overall development progress
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Project Implementation, Contracts & Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams
- Ensure timely information flow and alignment of project requirements across departments
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including approvals, submissions, drawings, correspondence, meeting minutes, and trackers
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and other information required by Management
Project & Development Support
- Attend project sites, authority meetings, and other project‑related meetings when required
- Support other project planning and development assignments as directed by Management
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Town Planning / Architecture / Property Development / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related discipline
- Senior Executive: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a property developer, planning/architectural consultancy, or related property development environment
- Good understanding of property development processes and statutory approval requirements
- Ability to understand development plans and consultant drawings
- Strong planning, coordination, follow‑up, and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Good problem‑solving ability and sense of accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with local authority requirements will be an advantage
- Possession of own transport and willingness to travel to project locations when required will be an advantage
