Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing and packaging engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical projects or managing small teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sustaining engineering across semiconductor package assembly technologies.
• Drive high-volume manufacturing improvements for yield, cycle time and cost.
• Maintain process controls, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with OSAT partners for manufacturability and ramp readiness.
• Lead NPI-to-HVM transfers and manufacturing readiness activities.
