Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Preferred Master’s degree or professional certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
• Minimum 8–10 years in Operations, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement.
• Proven ability to write clear requirements and coordinate with IT/digital teams.
• Strong UAT management experience and defect handling.
• Experience leading mid-scale projects from planning to execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate business needs into clear user requirements for digital enhancements, new products, and system issues within Operations.
• Oversee the UAT process to validate solutions and readiness for deployment.
• Lead large-scale digital and process improvement projects within Operations.
• Improve and standardize operational processes by identifying gaps and driving consistent digital practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Act as the liaison between Operations and Digital/Technology teams.
• Support production issue resolution with analysis, clarifications, and coordination of fixes.
• Contribute to the Operations Transformation roadmap with digital opportunities.
