Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a capable Business Analyst for Marketing Transformation in Kuala Lumpur. The role bridges business stakeholders, delivery teams and support functions to drive strategic transformation, business improvements and enhancement programmes across the marketing ecosystem.

You will gather requirements, document future-state processes, facilitate workshops, and support adoption, governance and reporting to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, IT, engineering, finance, economics, project management, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coordination and influencing skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Familiarity with analytics, Power BI, SQL or data initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for transformation initiatives and improvements.
• Conduct current-state and future-state assessments to identify opportunities.
• Develop practical business solutions addressing objectives and delivery considerations.
• Assess impacts across people, processes, policies, customer journeys, and systems.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholders.
• Support business readiness, user acceptance, and adoption of initiatives.
• Monitor outcomes and pursue continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, workstreams, vendors, and teams.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards, and portfolio reports.
• Maintain project documentation and action logs.
• Support portfolio reviews and governance forums.
