Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking an individual contributor to drive key digital initiatives and operational transformation within the Operations Division.

The role blends deep product management expertise with change-management skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliver end-to-end projects without a direct team.You will oversee UAT, manage timelines and risks, and lead process standardisation across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; PMP/Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• 8–10 years in Operations, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Experience shaping requirements and collaborating with IT/digital teams.
• Strong UAT expertise including defect tracking and sign-off.
• Proven ability to lead projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Requirements management for digital enhancements and new products in Operations.
• Oversee end-to-end UAT, test scenarios, testers, defects, and sign-off.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with system changes and automation.
• Drive process harmonisation and efficiency across channels.
• Engage stakeholders across Operations, Product, IT, and vendors.
