Job summary

The Process Architect and AI Transformation Manager at AIA Digital+ Malaysia is responsible for analyzing, redesigning and optimizing end-to-end business processes to enable AI adoption across business units. You will translate challenges into AI-enabled processes, use cases and requirements, bridging business and technology teams.

You’ll lead workshops, define future-state processes, and establish operating models for human and digital workforces while ensuring governance, risk and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional BPM/Lean Six Sigma certification or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in BPM, process architecture, or digital transformation.
• Practical exposure to AI, generative AI or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with BPMN or value-stream mapping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery and opportunity assessment.
• Design AI-enabled end-to-end future-state processes.
• Define and prioritise AI use cases and requirements.
• Define human and digital workforce operating models.
• Produce process maps, rules and functional requirements; align with stakeholders.
