AIA Digital+ Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager, Enterprise Platform Transformation (Business Analyst) to bridge business strategy, product innovation and technical execution in the insurance tech space.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis for core insurance workflows and payment system integrations, working with business users, engineering and external partners to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years as Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with 3+ years in insurance.
Experience with payment systems and AI/ML projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management; agile/Scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for insurance technology initiatives, focusing on core workflows.
Integrate with payment systems including premium collection and gateway integration.
Collaborate with business users, engineering, operations, and external partners to translate needs.
Document requirements: user stories, BPMN flows, and PRDs.
Define KPIs and support data-driven decision making; monitor success metrics.
Support UAT, testing, go-live coordination, and post-launch evaluation.
Drive AI/ML integration in insurance operations.
