Job summary

Affin Bank is seeking a Manager, Customer Solutions Strategy in Kuala Lumpur to translate client needs into integrated banking solutions. You will link RMs with Product Partners and enable analytics to deepen relationships and wallet share, strengthening the GCBD value proposition.

The role focuses on cross-sell, sector and client-specific propositions, and coordinating with tech and operations to drive CRM, digitalization, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services, in product/project/strategy/consulting.
• Certifications such as Chartered Banker, PMP, Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong understanding of non-retail banking products and relationship economics.
• Knowledge of product strategy, account planning, market analysis and business case development.
• Proficiency in CRM and BI tools; exposure to digital transformation, automation or AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer solutioning strategies aligned with GCBD priorities.
• Collaborate with RMs on account planning and integrated solutions.
• Analyze product holdings, transaction behaviours, profitability and relationship potential.
• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen engagement and revenue.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations and Product teams on CRM, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Prepare business cases and presentations for decisions.
