Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Management & Operations in Petaling Jaya. You will lead end-to-end client management and operational support to optimize inventory, trade claims, reporting, and KPI maintenance. Responsibilities span across finance, IT, and warehouse processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–3 years in FMCG, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong Excel/Google Suite skills. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar FMCG role preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory performance and simulate monthly shipments for supply planning.
• Coordinate market hygiene activities to uphold inventory integrity across the supply chain.
• Lead end-to-end trade claim management and CN creation in line with SOPs.
