Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd in Sabah (KK, SDK, TWU & LHD) is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to drive business development and manage end-to-end sales processes for machinery and equipment. You will identify opportunities, promote excavators, loaders, and forklifts, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms with customers.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, after-sales support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about machinery or automotive sales.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, visits, and referrals.
• Promote relevant products (e.g., excavators, loaders & forklifts).
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on the sales cycle.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Offer after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on product specifications, features, and updates.
• Monitor market activity and competitor products to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with principals and internal teams for product promotions.
• Sales Process & Teamwork: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, coordination, and delivery.
• Liaise with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support marketing campaigns and participate in sales meetings.
