Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd invites a seasoned Region Head to lead Sabah operations and drive growth across Machinery, Parts, and Service segments. You will develop regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and guide multi-functional teams to meet targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and willingness to travel within Sabah to grow the business across construction, plantation, and logistics sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, marketing, management, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in machinery, automotive, industrial equipment, construction equipment or related.
• At least 5 years leadership/branch management with sales and operations responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, or material handling equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sabah region business performance and growth.
• Develop regional sales strategies to hit revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Drive sales across machinery, parts, and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, government agencies, contractors, plantation groups, and strategic accounts.
• Manage regional teams across Sales, Parts, Service and Administration; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
