Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd, a Tan Chong Group company, seeks a Senior Parts & Service Sales Executive based in Sabah to grow aftermarket business by promoting genuine spare parts and service offerings for customer machinery. You will develop new accounts, service existing clients, prepare quotations, and meet sales targets while traveling within Sabah to support customers.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and CRM/ERP skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in machinery, automotive, industrial equipment, spare parts or service-related industries.
• Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, forklifts, or trucks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate spare parts sales and service business opportunities.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Promote genuine spare parts, maintenance contracts, and repair services.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal service teams to secure and execute service jobs.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
