Job summary

Bond Group Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager/Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical) to assist the Director in managing projects from inception to end, coordinating a project team, and ensuring client objectives are met in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have 10+ years M&E experience in building ACMV or Electrical Services, possess strong leadership, and be willing to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• More than 10 years M&E experience in Building ACMV and/or Electrical Services.
• Strong leadership, pleasant personality, independent, responsible and able to lead a team.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines.
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing the projects from inception to end.
• Manage a project team to meet the project requirements and deadline.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project and attend meetings.
• Coordinate sub-contract works.
• Assist in cost engineering to tender.
