Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of progressive M&E project management experience in Architecture/Building/Construction.
• Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, fire protection, Security and BMS.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; familiarity with BIM/CAD coordination.
• Knowledge of local building codes and international M&E standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, IEC).
• PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable; professional engineering registration (PE/CE) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, quality, and project risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design review, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all M&E systems.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for M&E works.
• Oversee tender processes for M&E packages, including scope definition, contractor selection, and contract administration.
• Coordinate M&E with architectural, structural, and civil teams; BIM/CAD coordination.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct site inspections to meet codes and standards.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare progress reports and lead stakeholder meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure smooth handover of M&E systems with documentation and O&M manuals.
