Job summary

Bond M&E (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical/Electrical) to support the Director by guiding projects from inception to completion and coordinating a multi-disciplinary project team in Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, has 10+ years of M&E experience in building services, demonstrates strong leadership and client liaison skills, and is prepared to travel as required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• More than 10 years M&E experience in Building ACMV and/or Electrical Services.
• Strong leadership, pleasant personality, independent, responsible and able to lead a team.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines.
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Director in managing the projects from inception to end.
• To manage a project team to meet the project requirements and deadline
• To liaise with clients and consultants on project and attend meetings
• To co-ordinate sub-contract works
• To assist in cost engineering to tender
