Ageson Kensetsu Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee M&E construction on high-rise projects in Malaysia.

The role requires good AutoCAD knowledge and relevant M&E construction experience, with PW4 license considered an advantage. The candidate will supervise progress, address site issues with practical solutions, and ensure quality control to meet client specifications. Coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities is essential to maintain schedule and project

Qualifikationen

• PW4 license is an added advantage.
• Good operating knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in M&E construction for high-rise projects.

Aufgaben

• Supervise work progress and ensure construction work deliver within the schedule.
• Attend to the site problems and report accordingly with problem solving suggestion.
• Quality Control, to ensure construction works meet client's requirement and specification
• Communicate with project team on construction progress and methodology.
• Follow up with authority’s requirement and procedure to ensure CCC is obtained within schedule.
• Verify progress with sub-contractors and report to Management.
• Liaise and coordinate activities with the client’s representatives and among consultants, project team, surveyors, subcontractors and local authorities to ensure all requirements are up to satisfaction
• Fully addressed and incorporated during design and construction stage.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure all works are in compliance with the drawings and contract requirements.
