Job summary

Crest Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager - M&E for high-rise building construction to oversee planning, operations, and reporting on M&E works.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards.

This role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least eight years of M&E experience in high-rise development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8 years of M&E experience in high-rise commercial building projects.
• Experience in planning, budget control, safety and quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• ISO and QLASSIC implementation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage M&E construction site activities and work programme.
• Monitor budget, schedule and cost control.
• Lead coordination with consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare interim sub-contractor claims and ensure timely certification.
