Job summary

Amiba Bukit Bintang Sdn Bhd seeks a Clerk of Works (M&E) to lead on-site coordination for a high-rise development in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. You will liaise with the Resident Engineer, review M&E drawings, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in M&E site supervision, with preference for high-rise project experience and Chinese language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years M&E site supervision experience.
• Experience on high-rise building projects preferred.
• Familiar with fire protection, ACMV, plumbing, LV/ELV systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E site works and liaise with consultants and other teams.
• Inspect and monitor day-to-day M&E works to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Check installations before concealment and review coordination against latest drawings.
• Attend and witness tests, record results and raise NCRs as needed.
• Report progress, defects, and program risks to supervisors.
• Assist with documentation and submissions of test reports, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
