Mercury Industries Berhad invites applications for a Site Supervisor (M&E) with a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant construction experience and be proficient in AutoCAD, able to read architectural, structural, M&E drawings, and implement QA/QC procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in high-rise projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and coordinating drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, M&E, and landscape drawings.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and project documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication with consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with domestic and sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Perform on-site inspection of M&E works and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor material delivery, installation, and progress against the work schedule.
• Verify progress claims and assist in NSC subcontractor claim evaluations.
• Review drawings and shop drawings for consultant approval.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and ensure safety compliance on site.
• Attend meetings and produce site reports.
