Job summary

PDR Group is expanding its B2B contract logistics sales in Malaysia. We seek an experienced sales professional to drive new business, manage large enterprise accounts and craft customized warehousing, distribution and cold chain solutions.

You will coordinate with operations to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of B2B contract logistics sales experience, strong business development and negotiation skills, and fluency in English with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, marketing or related fields.
At least 3 years of B2B contract logistics sales experience in Malaysia.
Ability to connect with decision-makers and design implementable logistics solutions.
Fluency in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead B2B sales expansion for contract logistics in Malaysia, focusing on F&B chains and major clients, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Identify customer warehousing, distribution and supply chain needs; develop customized logistics solutions and prepare quotes and tenders.
Lead negotiations, contract drafting and cost accounting while managing risks and margins.
Maintain relationships with key customers and coordinate with operations to resolve issues and drive repeat business.
Monitor contract logistics trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies and explore new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of warehouse and distribution solutions.
