Job summary

Kintetsu World Express in Shah Alam is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Senior Coordinator (Logistics Warehouse) to manage inquiries, coordinate with warehouse teams and ensure accurate processing of storage, picking, packing and dispatch. This on-site, full-time role offers growth opportunities in a busy logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service within logistics, strong English communication, Malay is a plus, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

STPM / Diploma holder in any disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing or distribution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in using computer systems, database management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, telephone and other channels with accurate information about shipments, warehousing services and storage solutions.
Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
Process customer requests including storage, order picking, packing and dispatch with accuracy and service SLAs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in company databases.
Prepare and send invoices, delivery confirmations and other shipping paperwork to clients.
