Job summary

NCT Group in Malaysia's Selangor is seeking an leasing professional to manage leasing activities for retail, office, and commercial spaces. The role involves sourcing prospective tenants, conducting site viewings, and presenting leasing proposals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth tenancy setup.

Documentation & Administration

• Ensure all leasing documents are properly prepared, executed, and filed.
• Maintain accurate tenant records, leasing databases, and rental schedules.
• Update leasing trackers and reports on occupancy, renewals, and pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and leasing guidelines.
• Assist in rental billing setup, deposits, and handover documentation.
• Monitor agreed commercial terms to ensure accuracy in billing and records.
• Support preparation of leasing performance reports and market comparisons.

Requirements & Qualifications
