Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an experienced Training & Development professional to assess organizational needs, design annual plans, and coordinate onboarding and compliance programs.

You will develop learning resources, monitor effectiveness with KPIs, manage external providers and HRDF activities, and ensure ISO-aligned processes for continuous improvement across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating corporate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Experience in processing HRD Corp (HRDF) grants, claims, and compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency development practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, skills gap analysis, and consultation with managers and department heads.
• Design, plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and administer training and development programs, including annual training plans, training calendars, budgets, facilities, trainers, and participant arrangements.
• Conduct and coordinate onboarding, mandatory, compliance, technical, leadership, and soft skills training programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
