Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of continual self-improvement.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.
• Understand and apply Lean principles, methodologies and tools.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with company software.
• Ability to read safety and maintenance documents.
• Expert in lean tools and processes to share knowledge regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and guides Lean transformation across multiple workcells.
• Mentors Lean Coaches and process owners on training, projects, and prioritization.
• Drives value stream alignment with Lean vision and strategy with Plant Lean Six Sigma Managers.
• Builds Lean Production System and Culture, modeling desired behaviors and values.
• Supports finance by linking Lean project impact to financial processes.
• Ensures program and cultural sustainability through Kaizen events and leadership development.
