Job summary

Zebra Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to mentor Lean Six Sigma candidates and drive process excellence. You will coach teams in DMAIC, facilitate Kaizen events, and design training materials across APAC units.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional leaders to mature processes, identify gaps, and implement strategic roadmaps for sustainable efficiency gains. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on experience in continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
• Green Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Experience designing training materials and leading Kaizen events.
• Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and DMAIC.

Responsibilities

• Mentor LSS candidates and project leaders in applying Lean tools.
• Design and conduct training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates.
• Plan and lead Kaizen events across business units.
• Assess process maturity and develop roadmaps for improvements.
• Act as ambassador for continuous improvement in APAC region.
