Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives in its Senai, Malaysia location. The role involves leading rapid improvement events, coaching frontline teams, and implementing standardized CI practices across value streams.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of Lean Six Sigma leadership experience in operations or manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years experience in Lean Six Sigma leadership in operations, manufacturing, or quality.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid improvement events to address strategic projects or value stream initiatives.
• Execute analytical approaches and apply structured process improvement techniques.
• Mentor frontline leaders to promote Lean culture and drive waste elimination.
• Establish and sustain improvement processes across value streams.
• Support management systems and OTJ/ formal CI training.
