Job summary

JC PRECISE CONSTRUCTIONS is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a full-time basis. You will be involved in engineering surveys including piling, high-rise, detail & topography, and boundary demarcation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project plans.

We value practical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work on construction sites under varying weather conditions, with travel to multiple project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Land
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in land surveying
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Physical capability to work on construction sites in varying weather conditions
• Current driving license and willingness to travel to different project locations

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain control points and temporary benchmarks for project alignment
• Enough skill in setting out pile points and grid line
• Document all survey findings and maintain comprehensive records
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress against approved plans
• Comply with relevant surveying standards, regulations and safety protocols
