About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Land Surveyor to join our surveying team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Assistant Land Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors in conducting land surveys, measurements, and site assessments across various construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and precision of surveying work that forms the foundation for successful construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology to gather accurate measurements and data from construction sites


• Assist in the preparation of survey plans, drawings, and technical reports for project stakeholders and clients


• Perform site inspections and boundary demarcation to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements


• Record and document survey data accurately, maintaining detailed field notes and calculations


• Support senior surveyors in land boundary investigations and property demarcation work


• Operate and maintain surveying instruments including theodolites, GPS equipment, and levelling instruments


• Assist in resolving surveying discrepancies and ensure quality control of all surveying work


• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate survey findings and address any technical queries


• Contribute to health and safety compliance on site and adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures

What we’re looking for
