Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in foundation and piling works within the construction industry.
• Direct exposure to specialized piling operations and pile testing procedures.
• Ambitious and driven with solid technical knowledge, site troubleshooting skills, and practical mindset.
• Practical site problem solver with strong sub-contractor and labor management skills.
• Willing to relocate to participate in the entire project cycle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and manage day-to-day piling and foundation execution works on-site.
• Manage key construction stages including site layout, pile positioning, machinery setup, and pile installation.
• Coordinate site operations with main contractors, consultants, and site authorities, ensuring precise compliance.
• Supervise sub-contractors, piling crews, and site labor, troubleshooting ground level technical issues to maintain quality and schedules.
