ACCA Careers in Malaysia seeks a Learning & Development leader to manage and enhance training programmes for audit and assurance staff. You will cover content development, e-learning, CPD monitoring and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.

You will shape training strategy, oversee content creation and LMS administration, and collaborate with audit leadership to deliver engaging, compliant programmes that support career growth and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Recognised degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (MIA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in audit/assurance, with training or lecturing preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital learning tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with audit and assurance needs.
• Manage learning programmes including content development, delivery and evaluation.
• Deliver andfacilitate technical training for audit staff.
• Coordinate L&D events, venues and external providers.
• Administer LMS and maintain CPD records for compliance.
• Monitor CPD completion and prepare reporting for governance.
• Review and improve L&D policies and documentation.
